No audition required! Our Performance Program is the ultimate chance to challenge yourself and perform in front of a live audience alongside your fellow dancers! Choreography will be a bit more challenging than our regular classes but still accessible for dancers at all levels. You'll attend 5 weekly instructor-led rehearsals to learn and perfect a themed group routine!
You'll also perform in our Spring Recital on Saturday, April 20 for friends + family at The Ground Floor Theatre (note that a nominal ticket fee will apply). Dress rehearsal call time for all participants will be 12pm and we will have 3 show times - 4:30pm, 6:15pm, and 8pm (in the event of low enrollment, we will just have 2 shows, 6pm and 8pm)
Cost per Group Routine: $225 (includes 5 x 90 min rehearsals, professionally shot routine video, and recital performance). There will also be an additional small cost for a costume item.
Senior group routines will be more challenging and open to participants who have performed in at least 1 recital previously.
As space is limited, enrollment in the Performance Program - Group routine is non-refundable.
75% account credit if canceled 14+ days before first rehearsal
50% account credit if canceled at least 7-13 days before first rehearsal
25% account credit if canceled at least 2-6 days before first rehearsal
0% if canceled within 2 days of first rehearsal
Account credit can be applied to any DivaDance classes, merchandise or party services. Can not be used towards membership dues.
If you are unable to attend a rehearsal, you will need to catch up via videos posted to the FB group and provide video of you performing the section you missed! If you miss more than one rehearsal, you will not be able to participate. You must email austin@divadancecompany.com prior to rehearsal starting if you are going to miss a rehearsal. If you miss a rehearsal without emailing prior, you will not be able to participate.
Performance Solo $375 per appointment
Cost per Solo routine: $375 (includes 4 x 60 min rehearsals, and recital performance)

Please note: Performance will need to be no more than 2 minutes in length. Recital dress rehearsal call time on 4/20 will be 12pm for all participants and we will have 3 show times - 4:30pm, 6:15pm, and 8pm (in the event of low enrollment, we will just have 2 shows, 6pm and 8pm)
Enrollment in a performance solo is non-refundable. If you cancel at least 1 week prior to the first rehearsal you will receive 75% back in account credit. If canceled less than one week prior, you will receive 50% back in account credit. Account credit can be applied to any DivaDance classes, merchandise or party services.
The cost covers all rehearsals - if you are unable to attend a pre-determined rehearsal date/time, contact austin@divadancecompany.com at least 48 hours in advance so we can help coordinate rescheduling with your Instructor, pending their availability. $25 reschedule fee will apply. There is no refund for missed / canceled rehearsals - you can catch up via videos shared by your Instructor if needed!
Performance Duo/Trio $475 per appointment
Cost per 2-3 people Routine: $450 (includes 5 x 60 min rehearsals, and recital performance)

Our Spurs Performance Series is the perfect chance to get in formation as you’ll learn and perfect one full routine over the course of 5 x 90 minute rehearsals. The series will conclude with DivaDance Austin bringing the halftime entertainment at the Spurs vs. Nets game Sunday, March 17th (omg what!) No experience, no audition required!
Rehearsal Details:
- Thursdays, March 7th and 14th will be at designated rehearsal area (TBA) @ 8:00-9:30 pm
- Sundays, March 3rd and 10th will be at designated rehearsal area (TBA) @ 7:00-8:30 pm
- Sunday, March 17h full dress rehearsal & run through at designated rehearsal area (TBA) @ 12 pm
Performance Details:
Sunday, March 17th, Game starts at 6 pm, arrival will be at 4:30 pm
Price does not include required Jersey or ticket to the game, both must be bought separately. If you have purchased a jersey from last year's Spurs performance, you do not need to purchase another!
