Performance Group Routine

No audition required! Our Performance Program is the ultimate chance to challenge yourself and perform in front of a live audience alongside your fellow dancers! Choreography will be a bit more challenging than our regular classes but still accessible for dancers at all levels. You'll attend 5 weekly instructor-led rehearsals to learn and perfect a themed group routine!
You'll also perform in our Spring Recital on Saturday, April 20 for friends + family at The Ground Floor Theatre (note that a nominal ticket fee will apply). Dress rehearsal call time for all participants will be 12pm and we will have 3 show times - 4:30pm, 6:15pm, and 8pm (in the event of low enrollment, we will just have 2 shows, 6pm and 8pm)
Cost per Group Routine: $225 (includes 5 x 90 min rehearsals, professionally shot routine video, and recital performance). There will also be an additional small cost for a costume item.
Senior group routines will be more challenging and open to participants who have performed in at least 1 recital previously.
As space is limited, enrollment in the Performance Program - Group routine is non-refundable.
75% account credit if canceled 14+ days before first rehearsal
50% account credit if canceled at least 7-13 days before first rehearsal
25% account credit if canceled at least 2-6 days before first rehearsal
0% if canceled within 2 days of first rehearsal
Account credit can be applied to any DivaDance classes, merchandise or party services. Can not be used towards membership dues.
If you are unable to attend a rehearsal, you will need to catch up via videos posted to the FB group and provide video of you performing the section you missed! If you miss more than one rehearsal, you will not be able to participate. You must email austin@divadancecompany.com prior to rehearsal starting if you are going to miss a rehearsal. If you miss a rehearsal without emailing prior, you will not be able to participate.
If you need to cancel your enrollment in the video series, you may do so in your account via Pike13. Please note that we cannot process cancellations submitted via text, Email phone, or social media message - you must cancel your own spot in Pike13.
We do not provide refunds, but will provide account credit back to your account on the following schedule:
CANCELED 8+ DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL: Amount paid will be converted into account credit.
CANCELED 1-7 DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL: 50% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.
CANCELED WITHIN 12 HOURS OF FIRST REHEARSAL: 25% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.
CANCELED AFTER FIRST REHEARSAL: No account credit or refunds will be provided.
MISSED REHEARSALS: If you are unable to attend a rehearsal, there is no refund or account credit provided for the missed rehearsal. You are responsible for catching up with the choreography via videos provided in our Facebook group or group chat, as the instructor will be unable to re-teach the material you missed in detail. If you miss more than 2 rehearsals, you may be removed from the video shoot at management's discretion. No refunds or account credit will be given.
